Welcome! If you are considering booking an appointment, here are some things you should know:

- the initial visit is 45 minutes in length and involves a combination of discussion about your symptoms and health history, and physical testing to determine the diagnosis

- wear comfortable/loose fitting clothing for possible movement testing

- please bring any imaging reports or relevant medical documentation you may have

- all subsequent appointments are typically 30 minutes in length

Fees: 

Initial Assessment = $85.00

Subsequent Appointments (30 mins) = $65.00

* Most plans can be billed directly.  A prescription is not required to receive treatment, but may be required by your insurer for compensation.

If you would like to book an appointment, you have several options, listed below.  New patients cannot book their first appointment online at this time, but do have that option for all subsequent appointments.
